Our Vision: “Offering Regional Answers to Regional Questions”

 

The Northern Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association is a group of Green Industry professionals located in the Northern region of Michigan. Our members include:

   • Landscape Maintenance Companies

   • Landscape Designers and Architects 

   • Landscape Design-Build Contractors

   • Nursery and Garden Center Retailers and Growers

   • Product Vendors and Suppliers

   • Arborists

   • Irrigation Contractors

 

This regional Chapter is established as a federated organization of the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association (MNLA). Membership in this Chapter is granted to all firms located within the geographic scope and that are members in good standing of the MNLA.

 

Why We Exist

Our Mission: To serve the regional educational, professional and networking needs of Northern Michigan’s Green Industry professionals.

The Northern Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association was formed to provide resources directly to the Northern Michigan area. The ability to share expertise and ideas can help the Green Industry grow as a whole and provide better service to all of our clients. We exist to provide support, build relationships and networks, and grow professionalism for all areas of the Green Industry.

 

What We Do

Our Purpose: The Northern Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association seeks to present an informative, educational and cooperative environment to regional members of the Green Industry. This organization shall promote regional answers to regional questions, fellowship, networking and knowledge among the Northern region of the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association.

The Northern branch of the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association does the following:

  • Provides a website full of resources and tools for local Green Industry Professionals to use

  • Meets regularly to learn, network, and grow as professionals

  • Holds trainings and educational events

  • Recognizes local companies beautiful work through case studies

  • Provides information on vendors, as well as advocacy and legislation  

  • Provides exposure for you and your business

  • And More!
