The Northern Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association is a group of Green Industry professionals located in the Northern region of Michigan. Our members include:

• Landscape Design-Build Contractors
• Nursery and Garden Center Retailers and Growers
• Product Vendors and Suppliers
• Arborists
• Irrigation Contractors
Why We Exist
The Northern Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association was formed to provide resources directly to the Northern Michigan area. The ability to share expertise and ideas can help the Green Industry grow as a whole and provide better service to all of our clients. We exist to provide support, build relationships and networks, and grow professionalism for all areas of the Green Industry.
What We Do
The Northern branch of the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association does the following:
• Provides a website full of resources and tools for local Green Industry Professionals to use
• Meets regularly to learn, network, and grow as professionals
• Holds trainings and educational events
• Recognizes local companies beautiful work through case studies
• Provides information on vendors, as well as advocacy and legislation
• Provides exposure for you and your business
• And More!

The NMNLA Board of Directors has an opening for our Director-at-Large position and you are invited to submit your nomination today!
Position Details:

This call for nominations is for the Director-at-Large Officer position beginning at our Annual Meeting in January 2025.

One-year term, elected at the Annual Meeting by the Regular Business Members (one vote per firm).

It is presumed that the Director-at-Large position will serve each of the Officer positions for one year, culminating with the position of President. These positions are (in order):
