On February 22, 2024, 50 industry professionals from all over Michigan gathered at Pine Hill Nursery in Kewadin for the NMNLA Educational Workshop: “Pricing & Estimating for Profit Improvement”. This workshop was presented by Sean Baxter, Founder of Lawn & Landscape Solutions and Member of Jeffrey Scott Consulting, Kansas City, MO.
Attendees learned how to create an annual budget for profit-based capacity, how to price and estimate projects for increased profit, how to understand the hidden psychology of selling, and learned Sean’s “people first” approach to business.
